No. Free shipping nationwide, on every order, with no minimum spend.

Nothing. Printing is included in the price on every shirt marked on the site as available for printing. Choose it on the product page, type in a name and number, and see a preview before adding it to your cart.

A patch is the league or Champions League badge sewn onto the sleeve — an extra ₪10, on shirts where the option is offered.

The player version is the cut the players wear: slimmer and more athletic than the fan version, about 4 cm narrower in the same size — an extra ₪20. If you like a roomier fit, go one size up.

Our size guide has the manufacturer's actual measurements — for Men, Women, Kids and Baby, including recommended height and weight. The safest way: take a shirt you find comfortable, measure its width from armpit to armpit, and compare it with the width column.

Message us before you order with your height, weight and preferred fit — we'll help you choose. It's worth the five minutes: a printed shirt can't be returned.

Men: ‎S to ‎XXXXL. Women: ‎S to ‎XXL. Retro shirts: ‎S to ‎XXL only — the manufacturer doesn't make them in the larger sizes. Shorts: ‎S to ‎XXL. Kids: ‎16 to ‎28. Baby: ‎9 and ‎12. The sizes actually in stock are shown on every product page.

‎7–21 business days from payment confirmation until your order reaches the pickup point. That covers order processing, printing and the shipping itself. This is an estimate.

By registered mail, for pickup at the post office collection point nearest the address you gave us. The postal service will notify you when your parcel arrives. Home delivery isn't currently available.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number that you can follow on the Israel Post website. If more than 21 business days have passed and you haven't received an arrival notice — message us and we'll look into it.

Yes, within ‎14 days of receiving your order, provided the shirt is new, unused and has its original tags. If you cancel because you changed your mind, the return shipping is on you, and a cancellation fee may apply of 5% of the transaction price or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

Because it was made especially for you. Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications from the right to cancel. This applies to any shirt with a name, number or patch — unless it's defective. So please double-check the spelling and the size before you confirm.

A shirt without printing can be exchanged for a different size within ‎14 days, subject to stock availability. Return shipping is at your expense. Full details on the returns page.

Message us within ‎14 days and attach photos. In that case the return is on us, with no cancellation fee, and you choose between a replacement and a full refund.

Photos are for illustration purposes. There may be slight differences in shade or design details between the screen and the product, partly because displays vary from screen to screen. Minor differences are not considered a defect.

Wash inside out, in cold water, on a gentle cycle. No bleach or chlorine, air-dry rather than tumble-dry, and never iron directly over the print or the patch. Damage caused by not following the care instructions isn't covered by the warranty.

Checkout isn't open yet. Once it opens, you'll be able to pay by credit card, in a secure environment run by a licensed payment processor that complies with the PCI‑DSS standard. Your card details won't be stored on our servers.

Exclusive coupons are sent from time to time to KOOZA Club members, and joining is free. On top of coupons, the club gives members ‎5% back on every order — ‎₪5 for every ‎₪100 — to use on the next order, with one point worth ₪1, plus a ‎₪10 birthday gift. Points become available ‎45 days after the order, and you can redeem up to ‎50% of an order's total with them. A coupon code is single‑use and you can't combine two codes on one order, but you can use points together with a coupon — the discount is applied first and the points go towards the remaining balance. No. You can browse and order without an account. Purchases are for customers aged ‎18 and over; anyone under ‎18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian.
