At KOOZA we see website accessibility as part of our service, not an extra. We work to make sure everyone, including people with disabilities, can browse the Site, find a product and complete an order independently, comfortably and safely.

01Legal framework

We make every effort to make the Site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758‑1998, the regulations made under it, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

02What we have done

• A correct, hierarchical heading structure that allows efficient screen-reader navigation.
• Full keyboard navigation, with a clear indication of the focused item.
• High colour contrast between text and background throughout the Site.
• Alternative text for product images and icons.
• Support for browser zoom without breaking the layout.
• Full adaptation to mobile and small screens.
• Respecting the system setting to reduce motion (prefers‑reduced‑motion) — if you have turned it on, animations on the Site stop.
• Forms with clear labels and text error messages.

03Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible, especially recently added content or third‑party components (such as the payment page). We keep testing and improving on an ongoing basis.
