KOOZA Club Terms

Please note: this is a translation provided for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding version.

These terms supplement the Site Terms. In any conflict between them regarding the Club, these terms prevail.

01Joining the Club

• Joining the Club is free, with no membership fee, and does not require a purchase.
• You join by entering an email address in the form on the Site and confirming via the link sent to that address. Membership takes effect only after confirmation.
• Membership is personal and for individuals only. Registration is for people aged 18 or over; a minor may join with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Each member may hold only one membership account. Points cannot be transferred between members, merged between accounts, sold or exchanged for cash.

02Earning points

• Earning rate: ‎5% of the order value, in points, on every completed and paid order. Conversion rate: one point equals one shekel (₪1).
• Points are calculated on the amount actually paid in money, after discounts. No points are earned on the part paid with points.
• Points become available to use ‎45 days after the payment is confirmed. Until then they are shown in your account with the date they unlock.
• Points are credited after payment is confirmed. If an order is cancelled, not paid or returned, the points for it will be cancelled.
• Members are identified by email address. An order placed with a different address from the one you registered with will not earn points, unless you contact us and we can verify it is the same person.

03Redeeming points

• You can redeem points for up to ‎50% of the order total, so every order also includes payment by a payment method.
• Points are redeemed on the payment page, and their value is deducted from the order total. No change, cash refund or credit will be given for any unredeemed points balance.
• Points cannot be redeemed against an order that has already been completed, and one redemption cannot be split across several orders.
• Other offers and discounts cannot be combined with redeeming points, unless expressly stated otherwise.

04Points expiry

• Unused points expire after ‎12 months in which no order was placed. Every new order resets the count for your entire points balance.
• We will send you an email 30 days before the expiry date, to the address you registered with.
• Expired points cannot be restored.

05Mailings and consent

• Joining the Club includes express consent to receive advertising emails, in accordance with section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law.
• Consent is given by actively ticking a consent box, which is not pre‑ticked.
• Every message we send will include a link to unsubscribe from the list. Unsubscribing is immediate and unconditional.
• Service messages about an existing order — order confirmation, shipping updates and the like — are not advertising and will continue to be sent while the order is active.

06Cancelling membership

• You can leave the Club at any time, using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by contacting us.
• When membership is cancelled, the points balance is cancelled, and it cannot be restored even if you rejoin.
• We may cancel membership in the case of misuse, an attempt to earn points improperly, or giving incorrect details.

07Changes to the terms

• We may change the Club terms, including the earning rate and the redemption limit. Any change applies from that point forward only and will not affect points already earned.
• A material change will be published on this page and also emailed to members, at least 14 days before it takes effect.
• We may discontinue the Club. In that case at least 60 days' notice will be given, during which earned points can be redeemed.

08Privacy

Information collected through the Club — email address, date of joining and order activity — is stored and processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy, which also explains how to request access to, correction or deletion of the information.
