In short: we collect only what we need to fulfil your order and improve the store. We don't sell your information to anyone, and you can ask to see or delete it at any time.

01Who is responsible for the information

This policy applies to information collected on the KOOZA website and forms an integral part of the Site Terms.

02What information we collect

Information you give us:

When ordering — full name, shipping address, phone number and email address.
When joining KOOZA Club — email address, date of joining, and later also your points balance and qualifying order activity.
When contacting customer service — the content of your message and the contact details you gave.
When ordering with printing — the name and number you asked to have printed.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, visit duration, and the website you came from. This information is collected, among other ways, using cookies.

What we will not store: once checkout opens, your credit card details will not be stored on the Site's servers — they will go directly to the licensed payment processor, in a secure environment that complies with the PCI‑DSS standard.

03Why we use the information

To process, charge, pack and ship your order.
To update you on your order status and respond to your enquiries.
To keep the Site running properly, diagnose faults and improve the shopping experience.
To send updates and offers — only if you asked to receive them.
For aggregate statistical analysis of Site usage.
To meet legal obligations, including bookkeeping and tax reporting obligations.

04Cookies

05Sharing information with third parties

The payment processor, to process the payment.
The supplier and the shipping company, to make the product and ship it to you.
Site infrastructure and hosting providers.
The mailing service Brevo (a French company), if you joined the Club. Your address and date of joining are stored on its servers in the European Union, and it acts only as a data processor on our behalf.
Meta and TikTok analytics and advertising services, which receive through the pixel information about pages viewed and products added to the cart, in accordance with your privacy settings.

We will also share information where required by law or court order; to protect our rights in a legal dispute; to prevent serious harm to a person or property; or in the event of a merger or transfer of the Site's operations to another entity — provided that entity undertakes to comply with this Privacy Policy.

06Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or for the period required by law — for example, bookkeeping records kept under tax law.

We take reasonable security measures, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS) and restricted access to information. However, no system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access.

Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.

08Children's privacy
